The  Iowa General Assembly will begin on January 2021. Take time to get to know the Senators and Representatives serving your area. Let them know that fighting hunger is important to you. The IFBA continues to advocate for the protection of the Food Assistance Program, which provides critical meal support for working families, children, seniors and the disabled.

Feeding America is engaged in advocating for a strong federal anti-hunger safety net through the Appropriations process and ensuring programs like TEFAP, CSFP, and WIC have adequate funding to meet the need.
